°4 kiwi fruit
°1 container 250 g cream cheese
°3 containers of vanilla puddings, 100 g each
Cut the strawberries, kiwis and bananas into small cubes.
In a bowl, place the cream cheese, vanilla puddings, milk and maple syrup. Using the hand blender, emulsify the preparation until you obtain a smooth and creamy cream.
Add the fruit to the bowl and stir.
Divide the fruit salad into four dessert cups .
Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
