homemade cornbread

+INGREDIENTS :
°225g corn flour
°225g wheat flour
°15 g baking powder
°4 tbsp. sugar
°35 cl of milk
°2 eggs
°30g butter
°1 C. salt
*PREPARATION :
1.
Preheat the oven th.5 (150°C).
2.
Mix the flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Melt the butter over low heat, set aside.
3.
Beat the eggs with a fork in a bowl. Add them with the melted butter and milk to the flours. Mix well.
4.
Butter a square or rectangular mold. Pour in the preparation.
5.
Bake for 25 mins. Check for doneness with a knife.
6.
Unmold. Let cool before serving or cutting.
