° 3 packs of instant French vanilla pudding
°5 cups of milk
°8 ounces of sour cream
° 1 small container of Cool Whip
° 1 pack of vanilla wafers
° 6 bananas
Using a blender, blend 3 packages of pudding and 5 cups of milk. Mix until smooth (about 2 minutes).
Add sour cream and mix. Stir in a cold whisk. (I also use the blender for this part.)
Line a large baking tray (I’m using a 9×13 glass pan) with the vanilla wafers, then the banana and half of the pudding mixture. Repeat to layer the waffle, banana, and the rest of the pudding mixture. I like to crumble the vanilla wafers on top to finish it off. Refrigerate overnight.
