°1 pound bacon
°1 package (14 ounces) smoked sausages
°1 cup brown sugar, packed
Cutting bacon into thirds.
Wrap a piece of bacon tightly around a little smoked. Place the seam on a 13×9 glass plate. Repeat with the remaining small smokes.
Sprinkling equally with brown sugar. There should be a thin layer over all the little smoke. Covering & refrigerate about at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven 350°F. Uncover small smokes and bake for 40-50 minutes. The bacon should be crispy and the sugar deeply caramelized.
