°500g Pineapple cubes
°50g Icing sugar
°10cl thick fresh cream
°1 sprig of rosemary
Place the pineapple cubes in a freezer bag. Place them in the freezer for about 8 hours.
Place the frozen pineapple cubes in a blender with the cream, icing sugar and rosemary. Mix everything to obtain a creamy ice cream.
If the consistency of the ice cream is not firm enough for your taste, you can put it back in the freezer for a while, stirring with a fork every 10 minutes.
