°2 cups (500 mL) softened cream cheese
°3/4 cup (190ml) sugar
°1 tbsp Amaretto or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
°2 cups (500ml) whipped cream
°14 graham crackers
°2 c strawberry jam
°4 cups (500 mL) sliced strawberries
With your hand mixer, cream the cheese and sugar. Slowly add the Amaretto and whipped cream. Beat until smooth. Put aside. Oil the bottom of a 9 by 13 dish well with the coconut oil. Spread 7 graham crackers in the bottom of the dish. Spread half the cream cheese with a spatula. In a bowl, put a cup of jam in the microwave until hot. Add half the strawberries. Spread cream cheese on top. Add another layer of graham crackers and cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, place a cup of jam in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until hot. Add half the strawberries. Wait for it to cool a little and spread over the lasagna. Slice and serve!
