°3-4 large potatoes
°1 sliced onion
°green onion garnish
°salt and pepper to taste
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes about ⅛”-¼” thick.
Heat the oil in a seasoned frying pan or non-stick skillet. Gently add the potatoes to the hot oil. Keep uncovered.
Fry the potatoes until crispy about 20-25 minutes. Do not stir the potatoes quickly, but turn them carefully, try to keep them intact and not soft.
Just before the potatoes begin to crisp, add the sliced onions to the potatoes and continue cooking for the last 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper and a garnish of green onions carefully as you try to mix in the seasoning, but keep the potatoes as intact as possible.
Garnish with green onions, serve with ketchup and enjoy!
