HOW TO MAKE CUCUMBER AND TOMATO SALAD?
This salad is made up of fresh cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, a little amount of red onion, fresh herbs, and optional feta cheese, among other ingredients. This simple combination, which is enhanced by the addition of Greek dressing, is more evidence that summertime produce does not need much help to taste delicious.
Serve this refreshing tomato and cucumber salad as a starter or side dish at your next party or get-together. It may be stored in the refrigerator for up to several days. Leftovers with sandwiches are one of my favorite parts!!!

Place the onion in a small basin of cold water and let it sit for at least five minutes to reduce the taste.
Meanwhile, in a medium serving dish, mix the sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes halves, optional feta cheese, and herbs.
Add the onions to the bowl when they have been drained, then you need to drizzle the greek dressing over your salad and mix well to combine.
Allow the salad to sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to provide the finest taste. This salad will store nicely in the refrigerator for up to 4 days if it is kept covered.
