2-4 small steaks
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
2–4-pound potatoes, cut to cubes
2-6 tablespoons salted butter, soft enough to mash with a fork, 1 tablespoon per slice, plus 2 tablespoons for potatoes
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tsp dry Italian herb mix
1 tsp mince fresh thyme
1 tsp freshly chop parsley

Preheat oven 400 degrees. In bowl, combine butter, garlic, also dried herbs & set apart. Seasoning steaks with salt, pepper, & garlic powder on both sides.
Placing skillet on medium-high heat & spray with oil. Roasted steaks for 2-3 min on every side, to browned. Transfering it to a plate & set apart.
Adding potatoes to skillet, seasoning with salt, pepper, & garlic powder, & sauté for 3-5 minutes, to browned. Push potatoes to one side of skillet & returning steaks to other side of skillet.
Transfering to oven and cooking for 15-20 min, until potatoes are soft with fork and the steak is cook to your liking.
Immediately after taking them out of the oven, put a little garlic butter on each steak and the rest on the potatoes and let it melt over the food before flipping the potatoes to cover with the butter then top it with chopped thyme and parsley before serving.
