° taco seasoning
° minced meat
° Yellow onion, cut into cubes
° tortilla chips (16 ounces each)
° Fried beans
° Choose grated cheese
° Roma tomatoes, cut into cubes
° Sliced green onions
Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Meanwhile, on the stove, grill the ground beef and cut the onion into cubes over medium-high heat until fully cooked (about 8 minutes) and then drain.
Return beef to skillet and sprinkle over taco seasoning.
Stir in 3/4 cup water and bring to a simmer, reduce heat and simmer until liquid has mostly evaporated, about 5 minutes.
While the beef is cooking, add a large layer of aluminum foil to two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Pour the fried beans with a spoon, half of it on each frying pan. This is thick, but I added a spoonful full to all the chips.
Spoon half the amount of ground beef onto each tray of chips.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Baking 400 degrees about 16 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with diced tomatoes and green onions.
Submit it right away.
