Cajun Pasta be Poppin

Due to the rainy weather back in Montpellier, today I am serving not a salad but a version of a spicy hot pasta to bring us warmth and comfort!
Pasta with golden chicken, baby peppers, and creamy cajun sauce!
Cajun seasoning is a mixture of thyme, onion, garlic, paprika, oregano, black pepper, mustard seeds, cayenne pepper, and cumin.
Depending on the brands and dosages, it can be very spicy with chili!
So it is up to you to adapt to your taste!
Otherwise, you can also put these spices in one by one so that you can eat them as you wish!

+for two
° 2 chicken fillets
° 250gm macaroni crust
° 1 red pepper
° 1 small stalk of celery
° 1 red onion
° 1 tsp Cajun Mix 2 if you like it really spicy!
° 20 cl of liquid cream
° 10 cl of milk
° Salt, pepper and oil
+Preparation: 20 minutes
+Cooking: 20 minutes
+Difficulty: easy
Start by chopping onions
In a frying pan, put a little oil and onions with a pinch of salt
Meanwhile, cut the celery into small cubes, as well as the sweet pepper
And add it to the frying pan
Do the same with the chicken, cut it into thin slices and put it to simmer
Stir from time to time so it doesn’t stick

Then add the cajun seasoning

Then pour the cream and milk
Simmer on a very low heat
Meanwhile, cook the pasta
Once cooked, mix everything together and serve immediately!
