Homemade Potato Salad

This recipe is from my German mom. She always agrees when I serve her.

*Ingredients: 6 people.

°1 k potatoes “special salad”

°4 boil eggs

°1 can tuna in brine

°1 tsp skimmed milk

°4 tsp. tablespoons of fresh herbs (chives, dill …)

°1 nice leek

°2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise


Cooking potatoes & eggs in pot water.


Peel the potatoes, which are still hot, and cut them into cubes in a salad bowl.


Peel the eggs and cut them into cubes. Add them to the potatoes.


Adding finely chop shallots & drained tuna. Salt & pepper & put 6 tbsp.5.

Heat a cup of milk and add it to the preparation. Gently move everything.


Then put 1 tbsp. tsp olive oil & 1 tbsp. tsp rapeseed oil & mayonnaise.


Mixing gently, sprinkling with chop herbs and serving .

    I have never in my life heard or eat any potato salad like you are giving
    the recipe for and I don’t think I want any!
