Golden Graham Crunch™ Cereal turns traditional peanut butter and jam snacks into a fun no-bake dessert.
°4 cups (1 liter) Golden Graham Crunch™ cereal
°75 ml (1/3 cup) honey roasted peanuts
°125 ml (12 cups) dried cranberries
°125 ml (12 cups) creamy peanut butter
°30 ml (2 tablespoons) butter, cut into pieces
°1 sachet (250 g) mini marshmallows
Cover baking sheets with wax paper or parchment paper. Spray a large bowl with cooking spray and weigh in with the beans, peanuts, and cranberries.
Spray a medium-sized microwaveable bowl with cooking spray and add the peanut butter, butter, and marshmallows. Microwave uncovered on high 2 to 3 minutes or until soft, stirring after each minute.
Pour the hot marshmallow mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until the beans are well coated. Place the mixture in spoonfuls on wax paper. If the lotion becomes difficult to handle, reheat it in the microwave for 1 minute.
Let it cool completely for at least an hour. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
