°5 cups shredded lettuce
°1 package (12 ounces) frozen peas, thawed
°2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
°4 hard-boiled eggs, cut into slices
°3/4 cup chopped green onion
°6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
°1 c cheddar cheese
°1 c mayonnaise
°1 c sour cream
°1 tsp granulated sugar
°1/2 tsp salt
°1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
In a small bowl or large glass bowl, place lettuce along the bottom.
Add tomatoes, peas, eggs and green onions in individual layers on top of the lettuce.
In bowl, blend mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, salt, & pepper. distributed over.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese, then the crumbled bacon over the sour cream sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to two days. serve and
