Ingredients list:
Lasagna Pasta 500gm
1 onion
100gm grated cheese
400 grams minced meat
Provence herbs
Tomato pulp and tomato puree
olive oil
1clove minced garlic
30 grams butter

1 tbsp. 1 tablespoon cornstarch or flour
1/2 liter milk
Recipe steps:
In olive oil, saute garlic & onion. We add minced meat
Add tomato pulp and Herbes de Provence tomato paste. Fry on low heat
Make the bechamel: Melt the butter and add the cornstarch or flour, then gently the milk. My heart until the mixture thickens
In a buttered dish, put a layer of dough, cover with meat in sauce, then béchamel and finally Gruyère
Repeat the process for several layers, finishing with the béchamel and gruyere
Bake in a hot oven (180 C) for 40 minutes.
