Peanut Butter Fudge Super Quick and Easy, Don’t Lose This Recipe
It takes less than 15 min to make from start to finish
2 cups of brown sugar
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of milk
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon margarine
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
Steps of preparation
1. Mix the sugar and brown sugar with the milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in peanut butter. Reduce heat to medium and bring back to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat when a drop of the mixture forms a ball when dropped into a glass of cold water.
2. Add margarine and vanilla. Stir vigorously (always in the same direction) until the fudge hardens. Pour on a sheet of buttered wax paper. Allow to set and cut into small squares.
