Pork chops with multi colored potatoes && red onion!

All I did was soak them in some delicious Italian dressing overnight (in a large resealable plastic bag) when you’re ready to cook…..
Remove the steaks, pour the marinade into a skillet, and add Β½ cup. Apple juice 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp hot mustard and 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp minced garlic. Salt and pepper to taste…
directions :
Cook over medium heat until it starts to boil, then reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes until it thickens slightly. Pat pork chops patted with a clean paper towel then placed on a hot, slightly oiled tray and then in a 400Β° oven uncovered for 30 minutes… Reduce heat to 350Β°, pour sauce over chops, cover with foil and cook last 30 minutes. until finished. These slices were very thick
