Ingredients:

1 cup soft salted butter

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups old oats

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt
Frost:

1/2 cup soft salted butter

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

3 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

4-5 tablespoons of milk
Instructions:

Preheat oven 350°F. Spray a large baking sheet (17 x 12 x 1 inch) with nonstick spray. Sit aside.

In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar with a hand mixer until mixture is smooth and creamy.

Adding butter peanut, eggs, an/d vanilla extract. Blend well until mixed .Slowly stir the flour/oatmeal/baking powder and salt. Beat until smooth.

Spread the cookie dough in an even layer on the prepared baking tray. (This cookie dough is sticky so it takes a little patience to spread. I spray the back of a spoon with cooking spray to help spread the mixture.)

Bake the bars for 16 to 18 minutes. It will be beautiful and golden.(I bake it in the oven for 18 minutes). Remove the bars from the oven and let them cool.

Frosting: Mix all garnishing ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Spread the frosting evenly over the peanut butter bars. Cut into squares.
