Pare your Potatoes and Cut up Onions then fill the Casserole Dish, leave room for the other ingredients.
Make a roux, which contains Butter, Milk, and Flour, Melt Butter.
Then add Flour, next add Milk, pour into the dish with Potatoes.
I added a bit of Shredded Cheese as Well, Seasoned with Onion Powder, Garlic Pepper, and Garlic Ranch Powder, Cover with Aluminum Foil.
Cook about an hour or until potatoes are tender and cooked all the way through!
